This device consists of two fixed resistors each with 256 digitally-controlled wiper contacts. It is ideally used in adjustable gain circuit requiring low-temperature drift.
• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C• Ultra low supply current of 0.1µA• Power-on reset sets wiper to midscale (position 127)• Glitchless switching between resistor taps• End to end resistance is 10Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 35ppm/°C
