The high-capacity type power PhotoMOS modules can switch a wide range of currents and voltages and control various types of loads, from small loads to a maximum of 10A DC current for sequencers, motors, and lamps. The triac, photocoupler, and SSR cannot be used to control signals of less than several hundred mV. Panasonic AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analog signals without distortion.
