This 1.0mm pitch, vertical card edge connector is used to implement PCI Express® architecture in desktop PCs, workstations and servers. The base connector family offers one to 16 high-speed serial PCI Express Lanes. Each serial lane supports 2.5Gbps (per direction) in a 100R Gen1 system or 5.0Gbps in a Gen2 system with an 85R differential environment.
