These transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified and feature built-in bias resistors. These RETs are available in various variants including new 80V RETs, 50V RETs, and performance-based RETs. The 80V RETs provide enough headroom for use in 48V automotive board net and other high voltage circuits that are subjected to large spikes and pulses.
