SMLD12EN1WT86, 0603 Light Emitting Diodes (LED)

SMLD12x LEDsROHM Semiconductor SMLD12x LEDs are available in colors ranging from red, blue, green, blue-green and white meeting market demand. The SMLD12x LEDs feature a long life mini-mold chip LED with 100% residual luminous rate even after 1.000hrs. Epoxy resins with high mold hardness are commonly adopted for compact molded type LEDs. However, in the case of LEDs with a short wavelength ( D<527nm) such as White, the resin may turn yellow due to the energy of the light. The SMLD12x LEDs utilizes a new material for the sealing resin that maintains 100% luminosity during operational testing (25 C, I F =20mA, 1.000hrs).
