To support high-speed communications and data integrity, the isolators have 150Mbps throughput, 14ns max. propagation delay, and 100kV/µs transient immunity. Suitable for a wide variety of applications, the isolators operate over a 1.7V to 5.5V supply range and feature 1 to 4 input channels.
