The data channels are independent and available in a variety of configurations. The ADUM150N/151N/152N data channels have a guaranteed data rate of 150Mbps (max.) and 3.0kVrms withstand voltage rating. In addition, the isolators provide 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity and tight channel matching at 3.0ns maximum. The isolators operate on either side of a supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.V. This capability enables voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier and compatibility with lower voltage systems.
