The devices are designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interfaces, providing protection and diagnostics. The devices integrate advanced protective functions like load current limitation and overload management and over-temperature shut-down with latch-off. A toggling on the INPUT pin unlatches the output in case of fault.
