The devices feature a 1.5A source and 2A sink peak output current and 5.7kVRMS reinforced isolation rating. The high supply voltage range of 33V allows the use of bipolar supplies to effectively drive IGBTs and SiC power FETs. The UCC23511/UCC23511-Q1 can drive low- and high-side power FETs.
