The devices are complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Voltage Detector ICs with adjustable output delay. The devices have two output types (N channel open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages that range from 0.9V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. The average operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C. Ultra-low current consumption is 0.55µA (Typ.). Applications include circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
