BU4228G-TR, SSOP-5 Monitors & Reset Circuits

BU42xx & BU43xx Voltage Detector ICs ROHM BU42xx and BU43xx series Voltage Detectors are integrated circuits with high-accuracy, low-current consumption. The devices are complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Voltage Detector ICs with adjustable output delay. The devices have two output types (N channel open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages that range from 0.9V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. The average operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C. Ultra-low current consumption is 0.55µA (Typ.). Applications include circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
