FAN73896 3-Phase Half-Bridge Gate-Drive IConsemi / Fairchild FAN73896 3-Phase Half-Bridge Gate-Drive IC is designed for high-voltage, high-speed, driving MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600V. The FAN73896 high-voltage process and common-mode noise-canceling technique provide stable operation of high-side drivers under high-dv/dt noise circumstances. The protection functions include under-voltage lockout and inverter over-current trip with an automatic fault-clear function. Typical applications include 3-phase motor inverter drivers, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, industrial inverters (sewing machine and power tools), and general-purpose three-phase inverters.
