ADUM4121 is a single-channel driver that employ Analog Devices, Inc.'s iCoupler® technology to provide precision isolation. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as the combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers. The device operate with an input supply ranging from 2.5V to 6.5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems. In comparison to gate drivers that employ high voltage level translation methodologies, the device offer the benefit of true, galvanic isolation between the input and the output. It is widely used in application such as switching power supplies, isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate drives, industrial inverters, gallium nitride (GaN)/silicon carbide (SiC) power devices etc.
• Output voltage range is 4.5V to 35V• Undervoltage lockout (UVLO) at 2.5V VDD1• CMOS input logic levels, default low output, internal Miller clamp• High common-mode transient immunity is >150kV/µs min• No. of channel is 1• Output peak current is 2A• Output voltage is 7.5V min• Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, thermal shutdown• Packaging style is 8-lead SOIC• IC
