2SP0115T2C0-12 IGBT DriverPower Integrations 2SP0115T2C0-12 IGBT Driver is a compact, high performance, SCALE™-2 plug and play dual-channel device for individual and parallel connected modules. The driver is designed for 1200V 17mm IGBT modules and features an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. 2SP0115T2C0-12 offers turn-on and turn-off gate resistors of both channels that are not assembled to provide maximum flexibility. The Power Integrations 2SP0115T2C0-12 IGBT Driver also features a 20-pin flat cable interface with an active clamping of V ce at turn-off.
