The device is a three-shunt resistor circuit for current sensing. The TPD4207F contains a level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, and MOSFET outputs. Protective functions are included for the overcurrent circuit and shutdown function and undervoltage protection circuits and thermal shutdown circuit. It is easy to control a DC brushless motor by just putting logic inputs from an MPU or motor controller to the TPD4207F.
