The FSB50550BL/FSB50550BSL modules also provide multiple on module protection, under-voltage lockouts, and thermal monitoring. These SPM 5 modules feature built-in bootstrap diodes and separate open-source pins from low-side MOSFETs for three-phase current sensing. The FSB50550BL/FSB50550BSL modules operate at 400V supply voltage and -40°C to 150°C temperature range. These SPM 5 modules are ideal for use in fan motor, washing machine, dishwasher, and 3-phase inverter.
