The TMUX136 switch supports a power-off protection feature forcing all I/O pins to be in high-impedance mode when power is not present on the V CC pin, and also offers a wide V CC range of 2.3V to 4.8V. Select pins are directly interfaced with the General-Purpose I/O (GPIO) from low voltage processors and is compatible with 1.8V control voltage. The small package size of the TMUX136 is 10-pin UQFN package with only 1.5mm x 2mm, making it ideal for limited PCB area.
