ADG708 is an 8 channel low voltage, CMOS analogue multiplexer. This multiplexer switch has one of eight inputs (S1 to S8) to a common output, D, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. It is deal for battery powered, portable instruments. This multiplexer is widely used in application such as data acquisition systems, communication systems, relay replacement, audio and video switching battery-powered systems etc.
• Single supply voltage is 1.8V to 5.5V, low power consumption• Dual supply voltage range is ±2.5V, TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs• 3ohm on resistance• 0.75ohm on resistance flatness• Leakage current range is 100pA• Switching time is 14ns• Single 8-to-1 multiplexer• -3dB bandwidth is 55pF typ at +25°C, VDD = 5V ± 10%, VSS = 0V, GND = 0V• Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C• Packaging style is 16-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
