ADG508A is a CMOS monolithic analogue multiplexer with eight channels. This device switches one of eight inputs to a common output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. It is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process that gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages.
• Operating supply voltage rating is 44V max• Single-/dual-supply specifications• Wide supply range is 10.8V to 16.5V• Low power dissipation is 28mW maximum• Low leakage is 20pA typical• Off isolation is 68dB typ at (VEN = 0.8V, RL = 1Kohm, CL = 15pF)• Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C• Package style is 16-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
