This IC features two independently controlled 256 position potentiometer and the device control is achieved through 2 wire serial interface. It has three address pins allow up to 8 DS1803's to share the same 2 wire interface. The exact wiper position of each potentiometer can be written or read.
• Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C• Addressable using 3 address inputs• Ultra low power consumption• Two 8bit registers to set wiper position• Data is transmitted most significant bit (MSB) first• End to end resistance is 100Kohm at ±20% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 750ppm/°C
