DRV8814 DC Motor Driver ICTexas Instruments DRV8814 DC Motor Driver IC offers an integrated motor driver solution for printers, scanners, and other automated equipment. The TI DRV8814 has two H-bridge drivers and is intended to drive DC motors. The output driver block for each consists of N-channel power MOSFETs configured as H-bridges to drive the motor windings. TI DRV8814 DC Motor Drive IC can supply up to 2.5A peak or 1.75A RMS output current per H-bridge. The device includes internal shutdown functions for overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection.
