Semiconductors\Power Management ICs\Power Switch ICs - Power DistributionLoad Switch: TPS22943 The Texas Instruments TPS22943 current-limited load switch with shut off and auto-restart provides protection to systems and loads in high-current conditions. The TI TPS22943 contains a 400mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.62V to 5.5V. The TPS22943 load switch features low on resistance and thermal shutdown protection that turns off the switch to prevent damage to the device when a continuous over-current condition causes excessive heating. This TI device is ideal for use in low-current sensor protection and HDMI connect protection applications.
