This device achieves low dynamic impedance by incorporating a high gain shunt regulator around the Zener. Its excellent noise performance of the device is achieved by using a buried zener design which eliminates surface noise phenomenon associated with ordinary zeners. Typical applications are transducers, A/D and D/A converters, calibration standards, instrumentation reference.
• Guaranteed 10ppm/°C temperature coefficient, 1ohm maximum dynamic impedance and 20µV wideband noise• Wide operating current range from 0.6mA to 15mA• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C• Reverse breakdown current is 30mA, forward current is 2mA• 3-lead plastic TO-92 packaging• Typical reverse breakdown voltage is 6.9V (at 25°C, 0.6mA <= IR <= 15mA)• Typical long term stability is 20ppm/KHr at 45°C ±0.1°C
